JK dropped by just now at around 8.30pm, my housemate let him in and I was caught by surprised when he knocked on my room door. And I was even chagrin to see that he brought his laptop. "I brought some songs for you." he said. Knowing that I started learning guitar when he was in Germany, he actually offerred to guide me when he returned to Malaysia. However, I didn't even once call him as I was afraid that he won't be free or it would cause unnecessary trouble to him. He is a good friend indeed, proactively approaching this introvert^_^. Arigato. Then he went out to get his guitar from his car and for the rest of the 2.5 hours, we were going through chords and strumming and plucking. He first tuned my guitar again. Before this, YS actually tuned once for me before leaving for Chandler. JK taught me how to play one song with only 4 chords! Only C, Am, F and G. So for this week, my goal is to: 1. Master 4 songs. 2. Change chords smoothly, focus on strumming first. Arghh, my fingers hurt like crazy...

Brought my guitar all the way from Kluang during CNY, determine to learn to play it like Eric Clapton in few months time...wahahaha. Actually in this cyber age, whatever you want to learn, just go to Google and search. I even learnt Morse code online. Started with a simple song, Silent Night, the plucking version. Manage to play first 2 lines well enough for other people to understand..Then the subsequent line took me more than 10 seconds as I still could not switch my fingers fast enough...it's like arghhhh..my fingers pain like hell. Then I thought of playing something light and easy, strumming Happy Birthday with the G, D and C chords. Started to get some feel on the strumming, added some texture by applying the picasso hit..hehe. Still far from being EC, but I will be there. See you, adios!
